In addition to my personal journey in weight management and wellbeing, I have a history of coaching employees and company leaders, facilitating workplace wellness teams, and instructing fitness classes. I hold a current Health Coach certification with the American Council on Exercise (ACE), accredited by the NCAA, Self Coaching Scholars training from The Life Coach School, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management and Human Resources. I have studied many areas of life coaching. My passion is helping others achieve their goals using an approach that not only focuses on food and movement, but also the power of our thoughts [most of us know what to do but we get in our own way, in our own minds]. I am a life-long learner who continually shares my learnings with my clients to enable their own success!
